CAA Saskatchewan has worked with Gloria Obrigewitsch for over 2 years, Gloria has provided our Call Centre staff with a number of customer service training programs customized to our business.

Further to the customer service training programs Gloria has developed for CAA Saskatchewan we have retained her as a consultant to provide independent staff evaluations for our Customer Service Agents.

Our Customer Service scores have improved greatly since Gloria has joined our team.
