She brings over 40 years experience in the customer service industry – serving both internal and external customers -which gives her the experience and credibility needed to create a dynamic
class room/group environment.

In addition to her work under GCO Consulting, Gloria has over 10 years experience as a respected lecturer and facilitator with the University of Regina, and one who has been actively involved in community events over the years, including being a former Board of Directors with Family Services Regina.
